Once you have opened a lender account, you can immediately purchase micro-loans from the secondary market, bid for availability on new micro-loans in the pipeline in the market place marketplace, set up auto-bids on the types of micro-loans you would like to lend on so that whenever they come up (as new or on the secondary market) you can purchase them up to your cash balance or for convenience select a pre-determined pot of micro-loans with a targeted return.

Cash held on account will benefit from an interest equivalent of 1.2% per annum. You must also choose at least one further pot based on your attitude to risk.
